About Us

Who are We?

EdUAfrica Memel NPO is a registered section 18A Public Benefit Organisation, established in 2016 and operates in the rural town of Memel, Free State. Our Foundation Phase School KINGDOM KIDS was founded by Inet Geldenhuys in 2014. It started with one preschool classroom, 12 students and one teacher, Paulina Radebe. We have grown to 5 preschool classrooms, 5 primary school classrooms up to Gr. 4, accommodating 150 learners and 10 teachers, and 2 assistant teachers in 2025. With much excitement we announce, that Kingdom Kids will extend our mission to also become an Intermediate Phase School. Our goal for 2026 is to accommodate Gr. 5 learners at our school and keep expanding our mission until we can accommodate Gr. 7 learners by 2028. Kingdom Kids is a registered independent school, built on the foundation of Jesus Christ and gives previously disadvantaged children access to good quality education through subsidies and sponsorships. EdUAfrica is passionate about the further empowerment of educators in the fields of Early Childhood Development and Primary School Foundation Phase. If you are interested in education, equipping future generations and children’s ministry, you are welcome to join hands with us in our journey.

“Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.” – Proverbs 22:6
